Our Touchstone databases currently form an integral MI component of over 90 major life, investment and lender groups, and our software is used daily by over 1,000 individuals in a wide variety of disciplines across these organisations.
In March 2011 the Workload proposition became even stronger when we were acquired by Equifax Inc, a US based multi-national provider of consumer credit and business risk management services with over 7,000 staff operating out of 16 countries. Equifax share our passion for data solutions. We're now ideally placed to share data and technology know-how with one of the largest data companies on the planet, which means that the industry's number 1 IFA database is about to get better.
When the Touchstone data collection process was introduced in 1994, we became the first company to successfully implement data aggregation principles within the UK financial services marketplace. Our method of data exchange to construct intermediary profiles was an equally innovative concept. Since then, our challenge has been to continuously enhance and advance our products and services to ensure they remain leading edge, and to make sure our customers enjoy ever more powerful software solutions.
